In SambaHotels we are very commited to protecting the Environment wich is reflected in our day to day management.
Our Environmental Policy includes the entire family who are part of SambaHotels with a continuous training.
Our Environmental Management System encompasses among other things the optimization of the water, the domotics office counters and electric machinery, high performance boilers, lighting of Leeds, recycling and waste management, and a long etc.
This history began in 1996, when it raised the objective to become a pioneer hotel in Environmental Management and in the Optimization of Water and began to work in a sustainable way with the environment.
In 1997, the Hotel Samba was the first hotel in Spain with the certificate ISO 14001 and a year later, in 1998 it was certified with EMAS, becoming the first hotel in Europe with both certificates.
In 2002 the Generalitat de Catalunya awarded us the Guarantee of Environmental Quality..
And here we continue, 2017 Internacional Year of Sustainable Tourism for Development, continuing with our daily contribution and improving every day.
