In 2021 we continue with the challenge of offering all our customers safety and health as a fundamental value in our hotels, adapting to changes in all areas of our facilities.
We have adapted the protocols in all the departments so that you can continue enjoying your vacations with security and confidence.
Reception
A maximum capacity is established in the reception area, also necessary measures to ensure the distance between people and avoid crowds.
The use of the mask is requered.
Check in can be done online, so you can reduce the waiting time and speed up your registration at the hotel.
Hydroalcoholic gel for hand disinfection is available at the entrance of the hotel and at the reception area.
The counters have protective screens and are disinfected periodically according to the influx of customers, also as all the supplies that are delivered to the customer.
Rooms and cleaning
All rooms are meticulously disinfected before the arrival of the client, in addition, rooms will remain unoccupied for at least 24 hours.
In the rooms there is a bottle of hydroalcoholic gel with the amenities.
Extra pillows or blankets must be requested at reception and for your safety will be delivered sealed.
In the daily cleaning of your room, our waitress will be protected and will only be able to access to your room when all the occupants are away. An exhaustive disinfection of the areas of more contact is carried out, such as knobs, taps, switches, telephones, remote controls…
Restaurant - Bar
The capacity in our restaurants, bars and terraces is limited, always keeping the safety distance of 1.5m between the tables.
All the staff are protected with masks and we ask all our clients to protect themselves with masks. The use of the mask is required.
Before entering the restaurant, you must either clean your hands or use the hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance.
We have QR codes for consulting our menu.
Common areas
The areas with the highest number of customers have ozone machines to help disinfect and clean the environment.
There will be a continuous cleaning and disinfection of all common facilities paying special attention to the areas of more contact such as knobs, elevators, taps, handrails ...
The maximum capacity of the elevators is limited and is necessary the use of a mask inside.
In the reception hall there are pedal operated bins for the disposal of masks and gloves.
Swimming pools
Cleaning and disinfection of showers and outdoor areas of the pool will be carried out daily.
The sunbeds must always be placed keeping the safety measures of 1.5m with the rest of the clients and will be disinfected after each use.
Animation
Our animation team has prepared a very varied program with activities for both, adults and children, in which the minimum safety distance must be respected and all the material used will be disinfected after each use.
The outdoor children's play area is daily disinfected. We request that those responsible for the care of children provide frequent hand hygiene and disinfection.
Gym (Hotel Samba)
All workout machines are cleaned and disinfected after each use.
The use of towels is required.
