What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in can be done at any time, but the room will not be available until 2:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM.

How far is the Samba Hotel from the beach?

The Samba Hotel is located 450 meters from Fenals Beach and 900 meters from Lloret de Mar Beach.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes, the hotel has private outdoor and indoor parking for guests (subject to availability). Additionally, the streets behind the hotel offer free parking spaces if you can find one (without blue or yellow road markings). In front of the hotel, there are free parking spots for motorcycles.

Does Hotel Samba have a swimming pool? What are the hours?

The hotel has a large pool and a small one for children. The pool hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (During the summer season)

Is there free Wi-Fi at the hotel?

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. You just need to ask for the password at reception.

Is there air conditioning?

All facilities and rooms at Samba Hotel are equipped with air conditioning.

I’d like to stay longer; do you offer late check-out?

Yes, we offer the option of late check-out, allowing you to stay in your room until 6:00 PM or 9:00 PM.

Is there entertainment or other activities available?

Yes, our fantastic entertainment team works daily to organize activities and shows for all ages. You'll also find a ping-pong table, dart games, and a game room with a pool table and various arcade machines.

Why is the rate cheaper on the hotel's official website?

Our official website offers the best rates. By avoiding intermediaries, we can provide you with the best deals and prices available.

What is the amount of the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is €0.66 per person per day, with a maximum of 7 days. Minors under 17 years old are exempt from payment.

Is there a city bus in Lloret de Mar?

Lloret Bus has a series of lines that run throughout the town. The L011 Bus Station - Fenals has a stop in front of the Hotel Samba.

What day is the market in Lloret de Mar?

You can find the local Lloret market, every Tuesday morning, on Avenida del Rieral.

Do you have rooms for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the Adapted Rooms.

What time do the maids come up to clean the room?

The rooms are cleaned between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Do you have cribs?

Yes, upon request, they are free for children under 2 years old.

Do you have a hair dryer?

Yes, in every room you will find one.

How much does it cost to rent the safe?

The safes in the rooms have a price of €4 per day and €20 per week. In addition to a €10 deposit.

Do you have refrigerators for medicines or baby food?

Yes, these are at reception and they have no extra cost. You can also request a refrigerator in the
room for €5 a day.

Do you have laundry service in the hotel?

We have self-service washers and dryers. If you need an iron and a table, you can request them at reception.

Do you have a gym?

Yes, we have a gym equipped with dumbbells and diferent machines. For clients who book on our website it is free, for the rest, the price is €3.

Can I store my luggage on the day of arrival and/or departure?

Yes, we have two free luggage storage rooms where you can leave your luggage.

Are pets Allowed? What areas of the hotel can they be in?

Pets are welcome! Pets weighing less than 15kg have a daily supplement of €7, pets weighing 15kg or more have a daily supplement of €15. There are limited areas. They cannot be in the restaurant, bar, pool and green areas of the garden, but they can be on the hotel terrace and in other common areas.

Is there a place to park bicycles?

Yes, there is an indoor space reserved for storing bicycles. As well as access to electricity, water and space for their repair. We currently do not offer bicycle rental service.

I forgot something in the hotel room. Can you send it to me?

We can send lost items as long as the expenses are borne by the client who requests it.

Is the restaurant a buffet?

Yes, the hotel restaurant is a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

What are the restaurant hours?

Breakfast: from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Lunch: from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Dinner: from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

What are the bar hours?

The bar hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 00:00 a.m.

Do you offer any food snacks at the bar?

Yes, we have different snacks and a menu of sandwiches, toasts and breakfasts.

I am allergic to some foods. What options are there?

You can consult our allergen menu at the restaurant entrance. In addition, we offer the possibility of preparing special foods for people with allergies, intolerances and other special needs.
You need to inform the maître in advance to offer the most appropriate menu for you.

I am an athlete, is there a special menu?

As with allergens, after consultation, our chef can prepare menus according to the requests and needs of athletes.
